Darryl Clinton-Owner

Darryl Clinton is the Co-owner of Island Paradise Cleaning Company. Prior to his ownership in Island Paradise Cleaning, Darryl has spent the past 22 years in Real Estate. He is the owner of a Texas based Real Estate Brokage; 3D Realty and Property Management for the past 7 years.
Darryl is a Disabled Military Veteran who retired in 2001 after serving 20 years in the US Army. Darryl received the opportunity to enter the Real Estate profession. He has extensive Management and Leadership Experience spanning over 35 years with the last 20 years in the Real Estate Brokerage/Property Management Field.

Vincent Maldonado-Owner/General Manager

Vince is a native of the Corpus Christi/Port Aransas area. He has lived here most of his life and attended IWA High School. He went on to flight school and then graduated from Texas A & M University Kingsville. While growing up he made frequent visits to the Island of Port Aransas. As an adult Vince still make visits back to the Island of Port Aransas and take in all of what the island has to offer including the occasional day fishing trips.
Vince brings a background with over 10 years in the Real Estate and Property Management profession. He has been a Realtor/ Broker Assistant during this time. He has been responsible for conducting numerous inspections on homes and knows what’s expected. He understands the importance of what a home should look like during the moved in/ move out process. His extensive background in this area will allow him to set these expectations with our staff and will strive to meet or exceed those expectations.
