Darryl Clinton-Owner

Darryl Clinton is the Co-owner of Island Paradise Cleaning Company. Prior to his ownership in Island Paradise Cleaning, Darryl has spent the past 22 years in Real Estate. He is the owner of a Texas based Real Estate Brokage; 3D Realty and Property Management for the past 7 years.
 
Darryl is a Disabled Military Veteran who retired in 2001 after serving 20 years in the US Army. Darryl received the opportunity to enter the Real Estate profession. He has extensive Management and Leadership Experience spanning over 35 years with the last 20 years in the Real Estate Brokerage/Property Management Field.

After successfully Managing his own properties, he then starting his Property Management Company and now manages several hundred properties for Homeowners. Darryl will use his 20+ years of experience and vast knowledge in the Rental Management Business to help to elevate his company’s standards with the cleaning and maintaining of his clients’ homes. Darryl will take a personal approach to assuring the team will be using the latest technology and resources available.
 
Being an owner of short-term rental units, he understands the importance of having a quality cleaning company. He will ensure his clients; the company will always deliver a cleaned home for their guest enjoy for their entire stay.
 
He will put in place procedures and quality control standards that are at the forefront of the industry. He will also ensure the latest recommended cleaning products and solutions are being used, and the team is meeting and exceeding the expected expectations of the owners.

Vincent Maldonado-Owner/General Manager

Vince is a native of the Corpus Christi/Port Aransas area. He has lived here most of his life and attended IWA High School. He went on to flight school and then graduated from Texas A & M University Kingsville. While growing up he made frequent visits to the Island of Port Aransas. As an adult Vince still make visits back to the Island of Port Aransas and take in all of what the island has to offer including the occasional day fishing trips.
 
Vince brings a background with over 10 years in the Real Estate and Property Management profession. He has been a Realtor/ Broker Assistant during this time. He has been responsible for conducting numerous inspections on homes and knows what’s expected. He understands the importance of what a home should look like during the moved in/ move out process. His extensive background in this area will allow him to set these expectations with our staff and will strive to meet or exceed those expectations.

Vince has taken a personal approach to developing our company strategies for our staff to follow ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied. He has personally put together the Standard Operating Procedures for our company success.
 
He will conduct planned and unplanned inspections of every home prior to our team’s completion. He has put together a thorough checklist for our staff to ensure each and every home is meeting or exceeding the quality standards our Company has set forth within our allotted time per home.
 
Vince is looking forward to returning home to start this new chapter in his life. He’s looking forward to building and developing relationships throughout the community.
